OUR COMMITMENT
New Century Insurance Group is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Buying insurance for a trucking business should not depend on whether you can use a mouse or see the screen.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act and by most state accessibility requirements.
CONFORMANCE STATUS
Status: partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Partially conformant means that most of the site meets the standard, but we have not yet completed a full independent audit and some content may not conform. We would rather tell you that plainly than claim a level of conformance we have not verified.
WHAT SHOULD WORK
On this site you should be able to:
Navigate every page and menu using a keyboard alone.
Use the site with a screen reader, with headings and landmarks that describe the page structure.
Zoom to 200% without losing content or functionality.
Read text at a contrast level that meets Level AA against its background.
See a visible focus indicator on every link, button, and form field.
Complete the quote and contact form with labelled fields and error messages that say what went wrong.
Adjust text size, contrast, spacing, and screen-reader behavior using the accessibility toolbar available on every page.
The toolbar is provided by UserWay and loads for everyone. You do not have to accept any cookie or tracking to use it — an assistive tool you had to opt into tracking to reach would defeat its own purpose.
KNOWN LIMITATIONS
We are aware of the following, and are working on them:
Some PDF and other documents linked from our Resources page are produced by third parties, such as government agencies and industry associations, and may not be fully accessible. If you need the information in one of them in another format, contact us and we will provide it.
Parts of the site have not yet been tested against every assistive technology and browser combination.
The client portal we link to is operated by CSR24 and is outside our control. Its accessibility is governed by its provider, though we will help you raise an issue with them.
An accessibility toolbar is a helpful addition, not a substitute for an accessible site. We treat any issue you report as a problem in the underlying page.
ASSESSMENT
This site is reviewed internally using a combination of automated testing and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. This statement was prepared in September 2026 and is reviewed annually, or sooner when we make significant changes to the site.
