AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
We are New Century Insurance Group (“NCIG,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a licensed independent insurance agency located at 305 E. Dennis Avenue, Olathe, KS 66061, United States.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of www.ncig.net (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
1. THE SITE IS INFORMATION, NOT INSURANCE
This is the most important thing on this page. Everything on the Site — descriptions of coverages, services, and products — is general information about the kinds of insurance we can help you obtain. It is not an offer to sell insurance, not a binder, and not a guarantee that any coverage is available to you or at any particular price.
No coverage is bound, changed, or cancelled by submitting a form on this Site, by emailing us, or by leaving a voicemail. Coverage begins only when a licensed insurance carrier issues it and confirms it in writing. If you need coverage to take effect by a particular time, call us and speak to someone.
If anything on this Site conflicts with the terms of an actual insurance policy, the policy controls. Policy terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions are set by the issuing carrier and are what determine whether a claim is covered.
Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or financial advice.
2. LICENSING
We are licensed to transact insurance business in the states where we are appointed. We can only place coverage where we hold the necessary licenses and carrier appointments. If you are outside the states we are licensed in, we may not be able to help you, and nothing on this Site should be read as an offer to do business where we are not licensed.
3. QUOTES AND THE INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
A quote is an estimate based on the information available when it is prepared. It is not a contract, and it can change or be withdrawn once a carrier reviews the full application, your loss history, motor vehicle records, or other underwriting information.
When you request a quote you agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorized to provide it — including on behalf of a business, if you are requesting coverage for one. Insurance applications are underwritten in reliance on what you tell us. Inaccurate or incomplete information can result in a higher premium, a declined application, or a denied claim, and in some circumstances can allow a carrier to rescind a policy.
Please tell us promptly if something material changes: new vehicles or drivers, a change in radius of operation or commodities hauled, a new garaging address, or a loss.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and specifically not to:
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate anyone else.
Submit automated, bulk, or spam form submissions, or attempt to defeat the anti-spam protections on our forms.
Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content or contact details from the Site.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any connected system, or to probe or test their security.
Introduce malware, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
Use the Site or its contents for a competing commercial purpose, or frame or mirror it without our written permission.
Insurance fraud is a crime. Knowingly providing false information on an insurance application, or in support of a claim, may subject you to criminal and civil penalties.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its contents — text, layout, graphics, photographs, and the New Century Insurance Group name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view, download, and print pages for your own use in evaluating or managing your insurance. Any other use — reproducing, republishing, or distributing the content, or using our name or logo — requires our written permission.
Carrier names, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the companies we represent.
6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND THE CLIENT PORTAL
The Site links to insurance carriers, industry associations, government agencies, and other resources, including our client portal, which is operated by CSR24. We provide those links because they are useful, not because we endorse everything on them.
We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Once you follow a link you are subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
7. PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy at https://www.ncig.net/privacy explains what we collect through the Site and how we use it, and our Cookie Notice at https://www.ncig.net/cookie-notice lists every cookie we set. Both are part of these Terms.
8. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you submit a form or email us, you are communicating with us electronically, and you agree that we may respond electronically. Electronic communications and records satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
Email and web forms are not secure or instantaneous. Do not use them to report a claim that needs immediate attention, to request that coverage be bound or cancelled, or to send sensitive information such as a Social Security or driver's license number. Call us instead.
9. AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE
We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we may correct or update content without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability, however caused.
10. DISCLAIMER
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Insurance products, rates, and regulations change frequently. This disclaimer does not limit any duty we owe you as your insurance agent, and it does not affect any rights you have under an issued policy.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of your use of the Site — even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.
Our total liability arising out of your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limit applies to the Site only. It does not limit our liability arising from our services as your insurance agent, and it does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Century Insurance Group and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site in breach of these Terms, or out of false or misleading information you submit through it.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
This section governs disputes about the Site. Disputes about an insurance policy are governed by that policy, which may contain its own provisions on appraisal, arbitration, venue, or suit limitation, and by the insurance law of the state where the policy was issued.
14. GENERAL
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
